Hiatt Construction Heating and Air is the BEST air conditioner repair company I've ever done business with! I had MAJOR air conditioning issues. When I contacted Hiatt Construction, John was at my residence the same day to evaluate the situation. He explained the services I needed and addressed every concern or question I had regarding the needed repairs. And, the next day Zack and the crew were at my home working to get me back up and running properly. Zack did everything he said he would do, he was professional, he was always on time, he listened to my concerns and questions and gave me straightforward answers, and he charged me a reasonable amount..Communications:__Hiatt Construction was very responsive. When I texted or called them, I got an immediate response. They also kept me informed and kept me updated throughout the whole process.Knowledgeable:__The technician, John, was extremely thorough and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained the pros and cons of each of my options, but he wasn't pushy. He allowed me time to compare and weigh my options before making my final decision.Pricing:__The pricing was very reasonable. Proficency:__They were highly skilled, qualified and professional employees. From the way that they handled the whole process, I could tell that they had plenty experience.Timeliness:__They were prompt and punctual. They came when they say they would. There was no waiting for parts to arrive. When they came to do job, they had everything they needed on-hand. They did the job quickly and effeciently. I called them on a late Thursday evening when the temp was above 100-degrees and by the (next day) Friday afternoon, I was getting cold air in my house again. The process- tear down and removal of my old unit to reconstructing and installing a whole new 5-ton unit (including duct-work). We had been suffering thru the triple-digit temps for 4-days straight before Hiatt Construction rescued us.Cleanup:__They showed respect for my home and property. They left everything clean and neat just as they found it.I recommend Hiatt Construction Heating and Air to anyone. Hat's off especially to John & Zack. Keep up the good work.

It’s the middle of summer and the units have been putting in work! Was time for a cleaning and a check up so I had to call the pros at Hiatt Construction Heating & Air. They showed up in a timely manner and had me taken care of in no time! If you need any HVAC work I highly recommend them!

We have enjoyed excellent quality work on multiple projects with Hiatt Construction heating and air over the past 15 years. Highly competent and amicable crews made the remodeling of 4 bathrooms a pleasure. They did great work with a colored stamped concrete patio that has added much to our outdoor leisure. The installation of replacing our roof sun lights 15 years ago started us with ONLY requesting Hiatt Construction heating and air company to do ALL of our projects. Highly recommend to anyone!

I had an emergent need for a new hot water heater and I called at 7:00 am and by 11:00 am the same day the job was completed. They protect your home and leave everything clean and neat just as they found it. They also kept me informed and kept me updated throughout the process.
