Amazing service ! Our ac went out (91 degrees inside) and we have a little one. Second time using them and they squeezed me in their full schedule and had it fixed the next day !!!

Harold and his crew have transformed a very ugly bathroom into a beautiful place to be. Steven is a master craftsman who really listened to me and understood my vision for the space. They stayed on schedule and in three weeks I had a beautiful new bathroom! The whole experience was exceptional! We will use Hiatt Construction and HVAC for all of our future projects.

I contacted Zack Hiatt after hours on Friday evening concerning our downstairs heat not working. He responded quickly and had a service call scheduled before the weekend was over. John arrived first thing Monday morning as scheduled. John made the necessary repair in short order and was extremely professional and courteous. A friend referred me to Hiatt Construction and I'll be referring them to friends as well. Great job for a fair price!

Zack and his team were great to work with. Very professional, on time, clean and respectful of my property and were knowledgeable and trained. I was surprised at how much technology has improved and how much better my home feels after the upgrade with Trane equipment. They inspected my entire system and even found and repaired a leaking supply line and added a return air Line after doing his calculations and finding I did not have enough return air for 30 years. It made a huge difference especially on those hot Memphis days. It’s refreshing especially in this day and age to find a contractor that takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Hiatt and his team.

Zach Hiatt and Hiatt Construction took care of our needs for a new HVAC system for our home. All the guys that were onsite for the install were fabulous! Zach listened to what I wanted in a new system and made offers that were precise in exactly what I wanted. Dry gracious as Zach and his team worked longer hours that usual to make sure the unit was up and running before they left. They answered any and all questions that I had. Very friendly service. Also, I work for a very large corporation and deal with vendors on a daily basis. It speaks volumes to me when an owner/co-owner actually come out and work alongside their employees and get the job done. In my book, that is a 10-star rating and will use Hiatt for all of my future HVAC needs. These also do other Sevices as well so go and check their website for services that they offer!
